Walks to keep fit

Walks to keep fit

Walking is a brilliant way to stay fit and walking with a group is also highly sociable. This form of exercise is recognised by health professionals as a way of remaining heart healthy and they have just published their walks schedule for the first quarter of 2019.

The walks begin at 10am and registration is from 9.30 to 9.45.  Walking for Health Jersey is supported by the States of Jersey, to encourage our community to stay active and healthy.
